Neal Signature Homes Reports Solid Growth, New Venice Community

Neal Signature Homes, a Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder, has reported solid growth in 2018 with 75 year-to-date new home closings and 60 sales, including selling out The Inlets, a waterfront community in Manatee County, and selling all but two homes at Wildgrass in Sarasota.
Neal Signature Homes will introduce Aria, a new community in Venice, in early 2019. With 182 oversized home sites, most with expansive lake or preserve views, Aria will offer resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, deluxe pool, pickleball courts and an inviting community entrance. California architecture inspired the new open and airy floor plans that will be featured at this new community, with a focus on outdoor entertaining spaces. Aria is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2019.
