Local sustainable construction management firm, Firmo Construction, is pleased to announce the completion of construction on Parkside Medical Plaza in Bradenton. Firmo began as the general contractor for the revitalization project in March, ensuring the redesign of the 1980’s style strip plaza resulted in an inspiring and sustainable structure. The completion of the project has created a renewed medical center with a modernized façade, a strengthened infrastructure, an updated patient center, a resurfaced parking lot, and increased accessibility for patients. Firmo also implemented a strategic construction plan that allowed businesses to continue operation throughout construction, and accommodated patients by minimizing disruption and clutter.

Working in collaboration with architect Fleischmann Garcia, as well as Hembree Real Estate and the building occupants, Firmo’s efforts have resulted in a fresh, renewed medical hub. The modernized plaza marks Firmo’s success in revamping the outdated medical and investment property, turning it into an inviting, updated development that brings more value to its patients and customers.
