Baker & Wife welcomes to Sarasota acclaimed Russian chef and cookbook author Marianna Orlinkova for a four-course dinner this Wednesday, March 6. Baker & Wife chef and owner Isaac Correa spent 22 years in Russia, and while living there met Moscow-based chef Orlinkova—an acclaimed cookbook author whose signature style has been featured through media outlets such as ​BBC World Service​.

The four-course prix fixe tasting menu for $80/person is available, or diners may select their favorites of the exclusive menu items on an á la carte basis. Baker & Wife’s usual nightly dinner will be available in addition to the Russian Night selections. Expand international horizons by sampling authentic Russian food, even as Orlinkova’s signature style places a fun, modern twist on classic Russian dishes.
