Halfacre Construction Company has been selected to build the newest location for the REALTOR Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM). Halfacre is currently working with RASM and the design team to finalize design and construction options for the $2.6 million project. The new 7,400-square-foot structure will house offices, meeting rooms and conference rooms. The building will also feature an outdoor meeting area, complete with brick pavers, large aluminum storefront windows and aluminum canopy wraps for protected walkways. Located at 302 Eighth St. W. in Bradenton, Halfacre Construction Company will also supervise the site work and install the landscaping and hardscaping once construction commences in April 2019. The project architect is Fawley Bryant Architecture.

The new site will become the second RASM member facility, serving REALTOR members and the business community in Manatee County. In 2015, Halfacre Construction Company built the Sarasota site at 2320 Cattlemen Road. RASM is the largest real estate trade association in Sarasota and Manatee counties, serving over 6,500 members.
