Pulte Homes Opens New Amenity Center at Shoreview

Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, recently celebrated the opening of its new amenity center at Shoreview at Lakewood Ranch Waterside, a gated community of 246 luxury single-family homes. Named for its location around two expansive lakes totaling 144 acres, Shoreview at Lakewood Ranch Waterside is located about one-half mile from the planned village center, Waterside Place, which will be home to retail shops, dining, offices and the Players Centre for Performing Arts.
The new amenity campus features a heated resort-style pool and spa, along with an outdoor bar, beach area with chaise lounges, fire pit seating area, a kayak launch, an expansive multi-purpose turf lawn that can accommodate bocce and corn hole games, and tennis and pickleball courts.
