Mainsail Lodging & Development has announced the activation of a new business under the name Mainsail Vacation Rentals. Primarily focused on Anna Maria Island, Mainsail Vacation Rentals will identify and curate a portfolio of homes that complements the quality, aesthetics and service values of Mainsail. Properties will range from beautifully appointed condominiums to single family homes, offering an array of floor plans, luxurious bedrooms and upscale amenities. Guests will have access to 24/7 support and the option of an in-person welcome check-in experience. Homeowners will have access to an experienced operator to create and manage their listing, drive revenue and provide a reservations office, while completely handling the bookings, guest support, housekeeping and maintenance.

Key staff members announced include Shauna Ruby, general manager, and Quinn Sabatini, operations manager. As general manager, Ruby will oversee the daily business, strategic objectives and client relations, while Sabatini will manage listings, labor and service deliverables
