Sarasota County Hosts Kensington Park Cleanup

Just in time for residents to clean out the garage and gather discarded household items, appliances, junk, tree trimmings and other garbage for Spring Cleaning, Sarasota County will hold a free community cleanup in the Kensington Park area from 8am to noon, Saturday, April 13. 

Dumpsters will be available at the following intersections: Tee Road and Tee Lane (Main Site); Prudence Drive and Melgert Lane; and Randa Boulevard and 24th Parkway. Hazardous materials will be accepted at the main site only. However, hazardous materials may also be taken to the Sarasota County Chemical Collection Center 8am to 4pm, Wednesday through Saturday.
