RLC Announces Groundbreaking of Seaside Springs

Business

Resort Lifestyle Communities has invited the community to celebrate the April 23 groundbreaking of Seaside Springs, a resort-style senior living community coming to Osprey. The $30 million, 180,000-square-foot Seaside Springs Retirement Community is the fifth RLC location in Florida and will provide an array of significant long-term benefits to the Osprey area including the creation of more than 30 local jobs.

Seaside Springs will offer an all-inclusive experience where residents will enjoy chef-prepared meals and myriad entertainment options. On-site staff will provide assistance through the 24/7 emergency call system, appointment transportation, concierge services and valet parking. Residents will also enjoy the convenience of an in-house bank, pharmacy, gift shop, and salon—all of which will be open to the public. All-inclusive monthly rents for a studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are competitively priced with no buy-in fee.

The celebration will be at 1092 South Tamiami Trail; the community itself will be located at 1301 S. Tamiami Trail in Osprey.
