Williams Parker has announced that Bonnie Lee Polk, a litigation attorney with the firm, has been honored by The Judge John M. Scheb American Inn of Court with its Judge John M. Scheb Professionalism Award. The award recognizes a lawyer annually from Sarasota County who exemplifies professionalism in his or her practice and contributes their time and talents to the overall cause of professionalism within Sarasota’s legal community. Nominations are sought from community members and nominees can be Inn members or non-members.
Polk works with clients involved in probate and trust disputes, representing trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, and interested third parties in trust proceedings, will contests and other fiduciary litigation. She also represents clients involved in corporate and real estate disputes.
