Realtor Audrey Smith of RE/MAX Alliance Group has earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification from the National Association of Realtors. The two-day interactive course gives realtors the tips and tools to be successful advocates for their clients, including sharpening their negotiation skills, dealing with behind-the-scenes issues, sorting out competing objectives and handling a wide range of personalities and situations.

Smith is the team leader of the Audrey Smith Group, assisting buyers and sellers from Bradenton to Punta Gorda, with primary emphasis on the Venice and North Port markets. She has 12 years of local real estate experience.
