Pinnacle Promotes Smith to Partner and Vice President of Customer Relationships

Craig Smith has been promoted to partner and vice president of customer relationships for Pinnacle Community Association Management, the Sarasota-based company, which provides comprehensive management services for small to medium-sized homeowners and condominium associations throughout Southwest Florida. A Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with more than 18 years’ experience in community service contracting, delivery and management, Smith will spearhead Pinnacle’s client-building, marketing and community outreach efforts, while also managing a portfolio of existing clients for the company.

Before joining Pinnacle in October 2018, Smith was an executive manager with Allied Universal and former equity partner with ALERT Protective Services. He also served for nine years as a regional president for Securitas Security Services USA, where he managed a $250 million region that included over 7,500 employees. Prior to that, he held the position of director of solutions development for G4S, a global security solutions firm.
