Long-time local real estate company Sterling Realty was announced as the winner of the Quantum Leap Award at the inaugural Craig Proctor Social Media Marketing Conference in Toronto, Canada. The Quantum Leap Award recognizes agents/teams for exceptional gains in real estate success achieved through aggressive and inspired implementation of the Craig Proctor Ultimate Real Estate Success System. In Sterling’s case, the company more than doubled its sales production in the last 12 months. Greg Martin, the company’s Broker/Owner was on hand at the Hilton Hotel in Toronto to collect the award on behalf of his team, in front of more than 700 of the top real estate brokers and agents from all over North America in attendance.

Sterling Realty was launched in 1993 and has been providing what it calls “Lifecycle Real Estate” services throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. These include specialized sales of homes and condos as well as rental and property management services. Its clients include both local and international buyers, sellers and investors.
