GATES Construction is building the condominiums complex known as 332 Cocoanut, located in the revitalized Rosemary District near downtown Sarasota. The new 5-story 88,000 SF mixed-use condominium will feature 18 two-bedroom units and 18 one-bedroom plus den units to accommodate 36 residences. Residential amenities will include electronic key fob entry, elevator access, secured storage and covered parking, and a raised pool deck with neighborhood and city views. The first floor will accommodate both tenants and community members with 9,000 SF of innovative office and workspaces and 800 SF of retail space. Because of its ideal location and amenities, the Sarasota Film Festival will be moving their headquarters here. Construction is progressing on schedule with completion slated for 2020.
