Manatee County Animal Services and Friends Co-Host Fall Tail-Gate Party Adoption Event

The Giving Coast

With football season underway, pets at Manatee County Animal Services are suited up and ready to tackle your heart at the Fall Tail-Gate Party co-hosted by Manatee County Animal Services and Friends of Manatee County Animal Services. Meet dogs and cats hoping to score the ultimate touchdown, a new home. This family friendly event will feature reduced-fee, adoption specials for all pets, raffle prize giveaways, food trucks, live music, pet-friendly vendors showcasing a variety of products and services and a bounce house for the kiddos. This is a free event to attend with free parking. Attendees will be
able to tour the shelter to find their next four-legged family member.  The shelter is currently over its normal capacity. All fee-reduced adoptions include spay/neuter, microchip and rabies certificate. Manatee County residents are required to license their new pet for an additional $20.

Fall Tail-Gate will be Saturday, November 9, 12pm – 4pm at Manatee County Animal Services shelter, 305 25th St. West, Palmetto. For information about Manatee County Animal Services, please contact Hans Wohlgefahrt at hans.wohlgefahrt@mymanatee.org or 941-742-5933 ext. 8307 or visit www.mymanatee.org/pets.
