The Arts Leadership Academy is an immersive program designed for local emerging leaders to invest in their employee through the arts. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the region's arts organizations and their vital role in the local economy, meet high level executives within these organizations, and create a strong network with the program cohort. The program consists of seven afternoon educational sessions between November 2019 — May 2020. In addition, participants will receive two tickets to attend a performance at each organization and will have the opportunity to attend exclusive networking events. Participants in the Arts Leadership Academy should be sponsored by their employer to ensure support of the time commitment. The tuition for the entire program is $500.
