iTNSuncoast Hires Bill Carter as Executive Director

Sarasota nonprofit iTNSunCoast offers a unique rider service for the elderly and visually disabled. This week, they welcome Bill Carter as the new Executive Director. Carter will take over duties as permanent Executive Director overseeing operations and to grow iTNSunCoast's transportation services to area seniors and individuals that are 18 years and older that are visually impaired. Carter joins iTNSunCoast with 22 years of non-profit experience mostly with Boys and Girls Clubs in Palm Beach County and Harrisonburg, Virginia. "Mr. Carter is an experienced leader who can successfully grow our dignified transportation services to our local seniors and visually impaired persons," states Barbara Cogswell, ITN Board Chair. "He has the ability to build relationships and business opportunities while focusing on the mission of the organization". Carter added, "We have the recipe for success: a great mission, an engaged Board of Directors and dedicated staff and volunteers."
