Mr. Carp was a founding partner of Mazur Carp & Rubin and chair of the New York-based firm’s Trusts and Estates practice. After 33 years, Mazur Carp & Rubin combined with Schiff Hardin LLP in 2013. Mr. Carp is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York and New Jersey. Mr. Carp is a peer-elected Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), where he has served on multiple committees, including fiduciary litigation, business planning and asset protection.
