Pinnacle Community Association Management is on the move, literally. Effective January 1, 2020, the company is moving to a new office, located at 3307 Clark Road, Suite 201, in Sarasota. The 2,600 square foot space is approximately 1,100 square feet larger than Pinnacle’s existing office near Hyde Park in Sarasota and offers more room for employees and a larger conference room for meeting with clients. It also offers a more convenient and accessible location for the company, which services homeowner and condominium associations throughout Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. “Due to the rapid expansion of our business over the past couple of years, we started looking for a new office space about nine months ago,” said Pinnacle President Heather Hamilton. “We wanted to find a place that would provide greater convenience for our customers and position us well for the future growth of the company. Our new location on Clark Road accomplishes both and gives us far greater visibility than we previously enjoyed.”
