Tableseide Restaurant Group is proud to present its newest restaurnant in a lone line of locally-owned, authentic dining hotspots—CIRCO–A Taco and Bourbon Joint. When the company recognized the need for an artisan taco boutique shop where innovative culinary creations could be paired with something other than tequila (bourbon, of course), CIRCO was realized. Circo is a spot for fun cocktals, classic margaritas and rare and interesting mezcals and bourbons. Born from the marriage of two deeply interconnected cultures – Mexican and American– taco slinging and craftmanship is what they do best.  From four inspired homemade salsas  including the Elote Corn Salsa and Mango Salsa, to the homemade churros in Mexican chocolate fondue, menu highlights include the Thai Shrimp, Korean Prok, Mongolian Beef, Nashville Hot Vegetable, Edamame Falafel, Chicken and Biscuit and Buffalo Chicken tacos.
