Innovative Dining is pleased to announce that Chef Rich Knowles is now the Owner/CEO of the locally owned, boutique style catering company. Former owners Jeremy Hammond-Chambers and Danny Gibbons express their gratitude for the support Innovative Dining has experienced in the last 10 years. They are pleased that with Rich Knowles at the helm the level of service provided to their clients and future clients will continue. Rich Knowles is Chef and owner of enRich Bistro a restaurant and catering service in Bradenton, Florida. The Knowles family has deep roots in the area going back for five generations.
