Caregivers at Doctors Hospital of Sarasota got a comedy break recently. Local comedians Les McCurdy and Al Ernst did quick sets for employees during their lunch breaks. Caregivers have been on the front lines in the battle against COVID-19 for almost six months and the comedians wanted to deliver some laughter to help those who have been helping so many others. Bonefish Grill donated the lunch. It was hard to see, but there were lots of smiles behind the masks.
