Joel Schemmel of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty recently closed on 1775 Cherokee Drive, a Cherokee Park estate designed by acclaimed architect Guy Peterson. Built by Murray Homes, the residence features an open floor plan and glass walls that forge a connection with its natural Florida surroundings. According to the MLS, this is the most expensive, non-waterfront sale in Sarasota county this year.
