The application window for the second round of Manatee CARES Act funding for local small businesses, nonprofit agencies and community organizations will close temporarily at noon on Friday to allow staff to review pending applications. Applications for Round 3 of the Manatee CARES Housing Assistance Program, which provides rent and mortgage assistance to residents affected by the coronavirus, close at 5pm on Monday, September 7.
