Sarasota Based Lick My Spoon Product Wins National Culinary Gold

Business

Sarasota based Sapore Della Vita won the 2020 sofi™ Gold Award in the dessert topping category for their Lick My Spoon Vegan Caramel Sauce. As the line of culinary products grow, so do the accolades for Lick My Spoon who are not newcomers to the national awards arena. The artisan food industry has swooned over Kristine Insalaco-Gaioni’s culinary innovations for years. Kristine’s caramel sauce received a Good Food Award in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018. And her caramel sauce was named Best Caramel Sauce in the U.S. in 2016 by Food & Wine magazine. Lick My Spoon products are available at Whole Foods in Sarasota, Tampa, and Ft. Myers locations, and at Williams-Sonoma throughout the Southeast. They are also sold in grocery and specialty shops across the nation.
