Sales continue to boom in The Lake Club, located within the #1 master-planned community, Lakewood Ranch. There have been nearly 100 end-user home and builder lots sold already in 2020. Success has been demonstrated in individual enclaves as well. The newest, Genoa, has had 54 sales so far this year. It has expanded to include four neighborhoods offering a collection of three, four, and five-bedroom residences with over 20 spacious floor plans from which to choose, ranging in size from 2,400 to over 4,000 square feet under air.
