The stunning estate leverages its ideal location near the water with a coastal contemporary design. “This home on Bird Key is a perfect example of what is possible when clients choose to build with London Bay,” said Stephen Walker, senior project manager for London Bay Homes. “We were able to take a floor plan that we know works well, and then customize it to best suit the way the homeowners want to live. Luann Powers Gliwski of Romanza Interior Design was also able to complement the design by helping guide furnishing, finishes and lighting selections to personalize the space.”
