Manatee District Receives 2020 AAA Florida Traffic Safety Grant

The School District of Manatee County was recently selected for a AAA Florida Traffic Safety Grant award to support the safe transportation of preschool students with disabilities. With a grant of $4,840 the school district will purchase state-of-the-art Pro Tech IV/STAR car seats that can accommodate preschool children who are too young to transition to a lap belt.
