In partnership with the Manasota Track Club, Girls Inc. launched a Running Club for girls attending the afterschool program. Every Friday interested girls have the chance to run laps around the soccer field on their campus. The Manasota Track Club generously donated t-shirts and running incentive charms to inspire girls to reach their running goals. As of now, several girls have already completed a 5K with their combined weekly totals. The club has also earmarked donations to cover registration fees for any high school girls interested in registering for a 5K next month!
