Ben Bakker of MSC Commercial, the commercial division of leading real estate broker Michael Saunders & Company, represented Central Park of Commerce, LLC in the sale of a nearly 70,000 SF industrial building at 6620 19th Street East in Sarasota. Schanz Land & Investment Co. purchased the warehouse-style building for $4 million on February 18th, 2021. Bakker said, “This is the perfect example of how industrial spaces are leading the charge in today’s active commercial market.”
