The Paradise Center and the Tidewell Foundation are offering a virtual My Life, My Choice seminar to keep you informed and prepared. Be in control of your health care wishes by completing your advance care plan. It is the greatest gift you can give yourself and your loved ones. During these unprecedented times amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the one thing you can control is who will speak for you if you cannot speak for yourself. Now more than ever, your loved ones and healthcare providers need to know what is important to you if you become seriously ill. The My Life, My Choice seminar will take place virtually, 1pm-2:30pm Thursday, March 25, 2021.
