New Veterans Program Launched

Operation Warrior Resolution (OWR) has teamed up with InStride Therapy to form a first-of-its-kind equine therapy program in our region, providing a Licensed Mental Health Professional to assist veterans in overcoming PTSD, anxiety and depression. This is a 6-week experiential program that uses equine assisted activities to aid in physical and emotional healing. Sarasota Community Foundation provided the grant to get this new program developed and off the ground. Also, to The Charles and Margery Barancik Foundation, who provided a $75,000 grant. The second 6-week round of equine therapy starts on April 9th from 3pm-5pm. If you are veteran or know of a veteran who would like to take part, please email info@operationwarriorresolution.org.
