The Florida Institute for Angiography of Sarasota, better known as fiaHeart, held a grand re- opening Thursday, February 25th to celebrate the unveiling of their newly renovated Cath Lab. The PHILIPS AZURION Cath Lab offers both patients and physicians the latest state of the art technology and is the first of its kind in Sarasota County. The ClarityIQ Technology reduces radiation by more than 70 percent, which provides peace of mind to those physicians who are subjected to long-term radiation exposure. Tours were given of the new lab and there was a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the occasion.
