In this week’s #SafeArtsSarasota spotlight, Sarasota Ballet’s marketing director, Jason Ettore, shares what it was like co-creating a marketing campaign with other organizations.

“When we started the [#SafeArtsSarasota] project and got all the marketing directors together, I thought it would be hard to get everyone on the same page. But everyone was really collaborative and a few weeks after that first conversation we already had ads, hashtags, little features, etc. Another important thing to remember is that this initiative is not just about now, it’s also about next season. We hope over the summer things continue to get better with vaccinations, but I think [arts organizations] will be processing the impact of the pandemic for the next couple seasons. Overall, we’re excited to reopen safely and use the arts to help people move on.”
