“This conversation actually started last March after we all shut down. We knew we were going to have to deal with a period where people needed guidance for coming back in. It’s essential that we have a unified message. That stops the confusion before it starts and prevents guests from saying, ‘well such-and-such venue didn’t require masks, so why are you?’ But the overwhelming majority of people have been very supportive of our protocols and understand that it’s just not 100% safe quite yet.”
