Manatee River Soil and Water Conservation District donates to Manatee County 4-H. The Manatee River Soil and Water Conservation District donated $1,000.00 to the Manatee County 4-H Foundation to support the Dr. Bob King Scholarship Fund. This donation honors Dr. King, who served as the first Manatee County 4-H Foundation President. The 4-H program serves over 7,000 Manatee County youth in the areas of science, leadership and citizenship, and healthy living.
