Artists Win Awards in the Beautiful Bountiful Bowls Exhibition of Fine Craft

Artists have been given awards for their artwork in the Beautiful Bountiful Bowls juried exhibition. The handmade bowls were created by outstanding contemporary fine craft artists. From around the state, 33 artists created 100 pieces in ceramics, fiber, glass, metal and wood. Best of Show went to John Mascoll, Renee Farr (Cape Coral) won First Place for “Kaleidoscope, Second Place was awarded to Tampa-based artist Susan Gott for “Teal Celestial Vessel.” Young St. Petersburg potter Kayla Harbeitner was awarded Third Place for “Illusion of Celadon."
