Halfacre Construction Company, a Lakewood Ranch-based commercial construction company, recently began renovations and construction on a North office and conference center for the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM). The new building will include a double wing auditorium, new roof design, reception center, REALTOR® store and conference rooms. New canopies will also be installed on the exterior of the current building.
