Nonfiction Book Review of Anna: The Biography by Amy Odell

Arts & Culture

Anna Wintour is a force to be reckoned with and Amy Odell’s new biography has delicious fun doling out her life story.

Fortunately, Anna’s highbrow upbringing did not stop her from her artsy non-conformity. Odell details her business driven escapades which can inspire anyone interested in fashion or the arts industry. Anna’s traversing such a cut throat industry and yet always landing on her feet is in itself a feat as she climbed the ranks to be the editor-in-chief of Vogue Magazine.

While Wintour’s candid no-nonsense approach certainly angered some, her talent and vision make for excellent reading especially in our ever growing Sarasota couture culture.
