"Shark Lady" Eugenie Clark Honored with Postage Stamp at Mote Aquarium in Sarasota

On Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Mote Aquarium in Sarasota. the Postal Service is doing a national unveiling of a Eugenie Clark postage stamp. Eugenie was affectionally known as “the shark lady” and one of the founding members of the Mote Laboratory and Aquarium. This is big news in the Sarasota region and in the world of marine science. The USPS printed 18 million of these stamps to be sold around the country!
