The .64 acre lot also possesses 149 of frontage on Cortez Road which sees over 30,000 cars pass daily. Bowden and Bower represented the buyer, OKCarz, in this transaction. This will be the sixth OK Carz location in the greater Tampa Bay area. “I have been working with OKCarz to find a suitable location for their expansion for quite awhile, '' Bowden stated. “The Cortez corridor is a high-traffic area and an ideal location for their entry into the Bradenton market." Mark Bower went on to say, “The property had been owned by the seller's family
