Every month, Michael's Epicurean Adventures features cuisine from a different region of the world. The Epicurean menu this month, which is an extension of thier Savor sarasota menu, features some of thier most popular domestic and international dishes. In July, foodies will get a taste of Brazil followed by Morocco in August. These special menus are crafted by Executive Chef Jamil Pineda. The New Orleans Breast of Duck Ellen is currently featured in Michael's On East's Epicurean Adventure series. It is served medium rare with blueberry-infused port wine sauce, marinated blueberries, roasted fingerling potatoes and spiced grilled asparagus.
