Parkinson Place Center For All Movement Disorders Introduces Brain, Balance & Ballet Classes with Azara Ballet

Starting January 9th, Parkinson Place Center For All Movement Disorders introduces a new class Brain, Balance & Ballet instructed by Azara Ballet, every Monday at 1:30 p.m. With more than 75 FREE classes, programs, and educational events every month, Parkinson Place Center For All Movement Disorders provides these services at one location for people living with Parkinson’s disease and all movement disorders as well as their caregivers at no cost. Parkinson Place Center For All Movement Disorders is located at 5969 Cattleridge Road, Suite 100, Sarasota. The benefits of Brain, Balance & Ballet classes include increasing balance, enhancing coordination, strengthening expansive movement and technique, and improving rigidity. Additionally, the balletic exercises can enhance cognitive function, boost mood, and provide a sense of well-being. Members are invited to participate in a live Brain, Balance & Ballet class demonstration on Thursday, January 5th, with Azara Ballet at Parkinson Place Center For All Movement Disorders. Founded in 2012, Parkinson Place Center For All Movement Disorders is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Sarasota, FL. Membership is FREE. Parkinson Place Center For All Movement Disorders offers a variety of in-person and virtual programs including fitness, pedaling and voice therapy. Support groups for members and caregivers living with all movement disorders are “Circle of Support for Men and Women”, “Caregivers Only Club”, and “Women’s Peer to Peer Group”.
