Smidt has experience in commercial and residential transactions, including purchases and sales, refinances, and construction loans, as well as commercial leasing. Smidt works directly with her clients at each step of a real estate transaction to minimize their costs and liabilities. She serves clients in Sarasota, Bradenton, and the surrounding areas. Smidt earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Stetson University College of Law and Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Government, and Spanish from Florida State University.
