The Education Foundation of Sarasota County received a gift of $5,000 from the Sarasota County Foundation. This donation will support the Education Foundation’s mentoring program, which pairs at-risk students with trusting adults who provide encouragement and coaching. These mentors support their mentees through the completion of a college degree or high-value certificate, helping them succeed in their lives after high school.
