Art Center Sarasota Presents Celebrate with Joseph Melançon February 16

Art Center Sarasota invites the community to “Celebrate with Joseph Melançon,” a special event celebrating artist and instructor Joseph Melançon, who is retiring after teaching for 22 years. A silent auction featuring Melançon’s signature paintings will take place during the event, which is also a fundraiser for Art Center Sarasota. Attendees also have an opportunity to purchase signed copies of “The Man, The Myth, The Cajun,” a book that Melançon and his daughter Janet wrote about his life, art and family.
