UF/IFAS Extension South Florida Beef-Forage Program is hosting Ranching Foundations on Friday, April 26 from 9 A.M. - 3 P.M. This program is perfect for beginners new to ranching as well as established professionals looking to stay up to date on the latest research. Located at the Range Cattle Research and Education Center in Ona, participants will rotate through cattle management classes covering topics such as calf care, heifer management, cow management, bull management, and the legality of selling meat from the ranch.
