Cinco de Mayo Weekend Specials - House-Made Guacamole: Freshly crafted Guacamole, prepared with ripe Haas avocados, mashed to creamy perfection and blended with finely diced, fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro -- with a hint of fresh squeezed lime juice. Served with a side of crispy tortilla chips! Brisket Beef Birria Tacos: Slow-smoked U.S.D.A. prime brisket nestled in warm corn tortillas, dressed with finely diced onions and fresh cilantro. Served with a side of rich consume sauce and fresh cilantro. Taco Salad: Ultimate flavors are combined for this classic, Cinco de Mayo Salad.
