Sage Hosts Exclusive Mijenta Tequila Dinner Featuring Renowned Master Distiller Ana María Romero Mena

Sage Restaurant is thrilled to announce an exclusive Mijenta Tequila Dinner on Thursday, December 5, at 7:00 p.m. This one-of-a-kind culinary event will feature a meticulously crafted five-course menu paired with Mijenta’s celebrated tequilas, including the groundbreaking Maestra Selection No. 1. Joining the evening as a special guest is Ana María Romero Mena, Mijenta’s Master Distiller and one of the world’s most acclaimed maestras tequileras. Known for her innovative and sustainable approach to tequila production, Romero Mena will provide unique insights into the craftsmanship behind Mijenta’s additive-free, premium tequilas. The evening’s menu, created by Executive Chef Christopher Covelli and Co-Executive Chef Vinnie Savadel, will pair each tequila with inspired dishes. Guests will also enjoy tequila cocktails designed by Padilla-Flores, who incorporates indigenous Mexican ingredients to complement the dishes.
