Registration is now open for the 36th annual Gulf Coast Games for Life (Senior Games). It’s happening in January and February 2025 across Sarasota and Manatee counties. The games are open to amateur athletes aged 50 or older as of Dec. 31, 2025. The 16 events begin with the 5K Road Race on Jan. 18, 2025, and continue from Jan. 26 through Feb. 15, 2025. Events will happen in Sarasota County, Manatee County, and the City of North Port. First event registration deadline is Jan. 4, 2025. Each event closes two weeks prior to the event date.
