Selby Foundation Grant to Bolster WBTT's Community Outreach

Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe was thrilled recently to be one of the 14 area nonprofits to be awarded capital grants - focused on strengthening human services, education, arts and the environment - from the William G. & Marie Selby Foundation. WBTT was awarded $45,650 to purchase portable sound equipment to support its traveling shows; this investment will help WBTT to ensure consistent production quality at various community sites as well as to save thousands of dollars annually in rental fees.
